Bed and room is very comfortable

We were very pleased to find that our rooms were able to be made adjoining so that we could keep our family in the same area. This was a pleasant surprise as the description doesn’t say this can be done. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The security staff kindly handed in our room key that we dropped in the carpark which we were very grateful for. The complimentary water and snacks in the deluxe room were much appreciated as well.

We had to check in on very short notice, we booked and came there in around 15 minutes. The room was ready. I appreciate the fast check in. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was working ok. The staff was pleasant and they kept our luggage in a free locker at the reception, since we had a late flight and had to stay at the city. Overall, a good experience.

The staff are so friendly and caring! They even notice us by room call when my car's interior light still on.

The staff was very kind and helpful for whatever questions we might had. The room is super big and the bed as well. I appreciated the size as i´m tall. Also it is very close to the Jimbaran Beach with fantastic seafood and fish restaraunts directly on the beach and also the connection to the airport is great and super close.
